Breathwork Contraindication Disclaimer

Overview:

Active breathwork is a powerful healing modality and although usually a deeply relaxing and enjoyable process, it can result in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also intense physical and emotional release.

 

If you have any medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release, it is crucial that you consult your healthcare provider before engaging in an active breathwork practice if you are unsure if it is a suitable practice for you.

 

When in doubt, contact your healthcare provider(s) before beginning this practice.

Photography At LUAA Events or Classes

Photography Disclaimer:

By attending an event or class hosted by Level Up Athletics Academy, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers or their affiliates. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff. The event organizers are not liable for any use of these materials by third parties."

Booking Policies

BREATHWORK EVENT (Class Category)

You have up to 24 hours before a breathwork event begins to cancel and receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $5.

 

MINI SERIES (Course Category)

The deadline for registered mini series refunds must be requested before the start of the 2nd class.

Participants will be refunded the full amount less the first class attended plus a cancellation fee of $5 for each withdrawn course. If the deadline for withdrawing from a program is passed no refund will be issued.

COLD THERAPY (Appointment Category)

You have up to 24 hours before a scheduled cold therapy session begins to cancel and receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $5.

 

RETREAT (Class Category)

If it is necessary to cancel a registration for a retreat, please provide as much advance notice as possible so LUAA can offer the available space to another participant. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.

 

If a request for cancellation is received thirty (30) or more days prior to the start date of a retreat, a refund of the retreat cost minus a $20 administrative fee will be issued.

 

If a cancellation request is received between thirty (30) days and fourteen (14) days prior to the start of a retreat, 50% of the program cost will be refunded.

 

If a cancellation request is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the start of a retreat, none of the retreat cost will be refunded.

 

No refund will be given if a participant leaves early or arrives late. Out of consideration for others on the waiting list, please make a commitment to attend the entire retreat.
