Lizzy Lotuss is a Breathwork + Cold Therapy Guide and Certified Yoga Teacher whose devotion is to help people realize they can heal themselves. Valerie Mermaid is a Reconnective Healing, Reiki Level 2, & Angel Therapy Practitioner THE DEETS: Saturday, May 25, 2024 9:45AM - 5:30PM Lake Couchiching, Orillia 9:45 AM - Arrival + signing of the waiver 10 AM - Welcome + smudging The Morning: Yoga, Guided Meditation, Breathwork 1 PM - Lunch The Afternoon: Grounding + Regrouping Energy Healing Sessions, Community Cold Plunge in the Lake or Cold Tub Community time to enjoy the property + Community Share 5:30 PM - Farewell What to Bring: Comfortable clothes for movement, Blanket, Towel or Robe, Bathing Suit or Water Clothes, Sun glasses, Sunscreen, Water bottle, Sweater, Flip flops.
